    "Sony 2X IS SHARP!"

    I love this 2X convertor because it DOUBLES the focal length of my Sony 200-600mm zoom lens and the pictures are sharp. The following photo was taken with that combination. Distance from the flower to Sony A6500 camera sensor was between 22-24 feet. Equivalent focal length was 1,800mm.

    Works well but is expensive and has limited applications.

    They are among the best teleconverters available but only work on a really limited number of Sony lenses. Most Sony lenses do not physically fit. They are expensive and if your camera has enough pixels you may find post processing gives and equal or better image.
