When I contacted the seller his response was,”You must be kidding me. No refund or returns the product is excellent only five stars reviews.” Not an appropriate response.

Seller not at all apologetic or interested in improving his service, but gave appropriate advice: “buy from someone else”

Nah. Refund. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!
