It had been rated as one of the best coffees in Puerto Rico. I just want to try it because I drink Cafe Rico which to me is one of the best. This coffee that did not measure up to Cafe Rico. And that is not your fault. That's just like life is. I do thank you.

Thank for your purchase. Note, we also sell Cafe Rico. Notwithstanding, both coffees cannot be compared. Rico is a house domestic blend for mass commercial retail, [its blend include Arabica from other countries], despite, not chosen much by our buyers. Aroma de Cielo is one Specialty coffee 100% pure, as such, its exotic unique taste. International consumer's taste are turning very sophisticated. Our statistics reflect a stellar sales performance for Aroma del Cielo.

We paid and ship your envelope/pack via Priority Mail Flat Rate (2-3 days or less to FL by air). USPS messed up sorting and sent it via "Ground Parcel Select", a pathetic and inefficient new service which replaced First Class. Therefore, your parcel suffered the mistreatment of "barge and truck to truck" handling of Ground Service. We opened a USPS complaint. We apologize and thank you for being our loyal client.
