    Great Improvement

    I’ve been using escort detectors for a long time. This is the upgrade they’ve needed for the last 2 decades.. I’ve only used it for a few days but I can tell I don’t need to worry about it falling off the window going over train tracks anymore. Much more secure. I Highly recommend this product,

    Does not hold reliably....

    Looks great out of the box and seemed to fit my needs. However, I speculate that the suction cup material needs to be of slightly softer material. Despite good initial suction (I installed and pulled on the mount, which was initially very secure) the mount repeatedly fell off the windshield - once overnight without the detector installed and once during use while driving. The windshield was clean as was the suction cup and i tried several times to get it to hold reliably. I had sufficient slack in the cable (was not 'pulling' on the detector).

    Product is of good quality and works(kinda). Suction is great easy to put on and is solid. The issue is the metal piece that slides into the radar detector it doesn't clip into place. So you either have to put the radar at an angle which affects the purpose of the radar. Or other option is leave it on at the right angle hit the gas or speed bump and it falls off.

    Your gonna need one.

    This product works perfectly on Escort/Passport radar detectors. It holds tight to the window with no vibration. Sooner or later your gonna need one and I would recommend this product to anyone looking to replace the old stock window mount.

    Passport radar detector mount works well.

    I’ve only had this for a few weeks, but so far it’s great. It is not the sticky type, but the suction cup has held up during large temperature changes. My Passport 9500 fits in perfectly. I would recommend it, and may buy another for my truck.
