Correct size sent and arrived (just) in specified time. Had to contact supplier as it showed that item had been sent (tracking number provided) but two weeks later it still had not gone anywhere. Item was re-shipped (no communication from seller). Item has the long string (not the short one as shown in three of the four photos in the ad), so not sure I can actually use it unless I can find some way to shorten the string - but can't do that without opening the package, meaning I cant it send back

The item itself was as described. But the communication was null and void. I attempted to contact the seller immediately after hitting the buy button to explain I should have changed the delivery address where I was staying. So because they didn't answer my 2 communications it was delivered to our house 400 miles away. NOW? I need to return it and buy a different size but cannot get through to the seller. What's the point of offering communication if the seller won't respond?
