Really disappointed - I ordered 2, but only got 1. It was obvious that only 1 had been put into the envelope, but they wanted 10x4 photographs of the envelope, the post office van & 24hr footage of the mail centre (sarcasm) ... it was a keyring!! Why? So ... I remain a key ring down and approximately £3.69 out of pocket. The only positive feedback ironically, is the fact that it was well packed ... you couldn't make it up. You have to admit R&R .. I gave you 12 days to address this.
