I finally contacted EBAY and I still heard nothing. EBAY have this vendor until the 18th to resolve the issue - still heard NOTHING -this morning finally got a full refund. Thank you EBAY -- This vendor is a horrible, stay away from them unless you want a long drawn out issue and still not get your product. I do not understand why EBAY allows them to continue?
