  • Delicious New Orleans Cuisine and Beautiful Old Homes

The recipes are all mouthwatering, and relatively easy to make. However, the white chocolate bread pudding recipe is the absolute best! I miss pre-Katrina New Orleans, so it is nice to see the pictures of the grand old homes in all their splendor, along with the sumptuous native foods, captured on the pages. I also enjoy reading about the history. A great book! This was a fantastic buy!
