    I contacted carla0724 before purchasing the item specifically to ask if the item was chipped or cracked. They assured me that it was not. But when it finally arrived, there was, indeed, a chip and a thin inch-long crack at the top of the handle. The seller offered to reimburse me for the item but not for any shipping costs. Given that I *specifically* asked them about chipping and cracking before making the purchase, the least they could do was give me a complete refund, but they did not.
