    Nice product BUT ...

    Overall, I am very pleased with this awning, but seller's description and instructions are poor. The "awning guard" is actually just a heavier duty PORTION of the awning, and NOT a separate flap that covers the top of the awning (my misunderstanding). It comes with the plastic cord sewn into the "valence position" (not stated or clearly shown) so you need to slide this portion into your awning spool in the appropriate slot, and then tuck the awning fabric down into the second groove, "main position", and insert pieces of plastic cord from each end. I used the rounded wheel end of my window screen installation too to tuck the fabric into the groove, and as long as the awning fabric was fully down into the groove in the awning spool, the plastic cord slid fairly easily into the assembly. ...

    Good, but not perfect.

    The awning material looks nice. It is not as heavy duty as I thought it would be. The valance piece does not have a real nice finished edge and was hard to install as instructed. It is an improvement over the old awning.

    Not the color in photos

    The color that was in photo and the color that I received are not the same. Photo show a darker color on front edge and a lighter next to the camper. Beige is not camel white is white. It also said in ad that it came with a new pull strap. I did not receive that.
