Seller offered a partial discount, which was nowhere near what should have been discounted being that we only got half the product. It was verified through eBay that the parts would fit as well as all information was sent to the seller during purchase however, the seller did handle it quickly and the best he could so I definitely do not frown on the transaction I am

A 20% refund was offered in lieu of a long and tortuous return process. The company was not willing to send another pump complex in case the original was defective. I feel the axiom 'you get what you pay for' probably applies here.
