The seller negotiated the price with me, which was good. It was shipped and delivered quickly, which was good. But the item was not packed carefully. There was padding, but not enough. The item was a lamp with a figure of a horse. It arrived with 3 legs snapped off, one of the 2 ears snapped off, and the horse tail completely missing. I notified the seller and provided her with photos of the damage and also a photo of the shipping label. I have requested a refund. Waiting for response.
