    Best overall exercise routine for me.

    I have a few of the Bar Method Exercise Routines and love them all. This is my regular “Go to” program though. It tones all the muscle groups and I walk taller and feel more “in balance” when I use them. I have Osteoporosis and these exercises help me strengthen and lengthen the muscles and ligaments to help support my bones. I use this and weight bearing exercises to help my bone health. I’ve been using this for years. Glad I could replace my old DVD.
