This seems to be a quality component and the installation was relatively simple. The oil quantity (as seen through the sight plug) was low so I called tech support (Alan) in Washington who immediately returned my call. He rapidly sent me the specified oil to bring it to the correct level. I am very impressed with the customer service!!! Thank you so much for your consideration and courtesy.
