At first I couldn't find the power button (which was om the lower right hand side of laptop). Once I figured out how to power up I was truly satisfied. My grandson loves it. It's lightweight, mallard installed, and 30 day free 365 subscription Microsoft applications. One more thing, eBay/seller/repairs called me and emailed me to assist with my concerns more than one time. That's old fashioned customer service I remember growing up on USA!!

As described, packed well and shipped very quickly. Unfortunately the box was crushed and otherwise handled roughly by the shipper and as a result damaged the tray door of the printer. Still works, but I need to tape the tray closed. Seller was super responsive and offered a partial refund to compensate.
