Mats originally were lost in transit - whether that be seller or FEDEX error is unknown. Contacted the seller and was very tentative to remedy the issue. When new shipment received - mats were well package and exactly as described. For the price, I would 100% by these mats again. Perfect fit in the vehicle and heavy duty for their thickness. While they're not WeatherTech mats - they are a much better deal and I can foresee them lasting a while.

Of the 4 wheels that were to be screwed in, only 3 of the 4 would set. After trying other wheels in that particular (D) leg, it became clear that the screw holder was faulty.
