We were pleased with the external condition of the device but the screen was black when we tried to boot it up. I tried to a number of fixes offered online to no avail. I eventually took of the cowling and found the screen connection to be loose and fixed it. My 7-year-old son was disappointed as it was part of his birthday but at the end of the day we got it going. The machine is working fine now and all are happy.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller
