Item arrived in a very beat up box, heavy scuff marks all over the frame, bent front tongs, and missing a slew of small but critical parts for assembly. It took a lot of back and forth with the seller to get a resolution; I'm rating this purchase experience as positive ONLY because in the end the seller agreed to refund the full purchase price without having to return the item - mainly due to the fact the box was literally coming apart and in no condition for shipping.

    Poor Design

    Placing the motor at the end of the device so that the operator must constantly counter-balance the extended weight of the tool is a bad design. Look for a version of the tool that locates the motor near to the body of the operator so that it shares the same center of gravity and will be much easier and less tiring to operate.
