    Some differences but still worked for the purpose.

    So I received all that was pictured, however, the 16g needle came in different packaging than the 18g and 14g needle. Also the horseshoe jewelry that came with mine were all different diameters; the 18g was 5/16, 16g was 3/8 and 14g was 1/2" and none of them were labeled (I measured them with my own chart). For the value though can't really complain, this kit still served the purpose well.

    Did what it needed to do.

    Did what it needed to do. Only problem is that the clamps were a little tight but I have a big ass nose so it might be just me. Lol the jewelry is not labeled but the needles are and anyone can tell the difference so not that big of a deal.

    I absolutely love this! The stuff is great quality. I love the metal clamps. The only thing was the septum rings came in the same bag and I believe they gave me a 12g instead of 16g but other than that it was great! It did what it was supposed to
