  • Sensible, healthy approach to healthy diet you can "live with"

    For the past year we have made a number of healthy eating changes. Then recently we discovered the work of Dr. Barnard and some of his associates and were astonished at how certain foods had helped 100s of people become more healthy. The diet of some cultural groups help researchers understand why they were so much more healthy than we are here in the US. And some long controlled groups of very ill Americans had not only improved but reversed conditions and damage that had caused doctors to give up on them. Yet dramatic changes were seen in just a few days of following a more healthy diet. Most of them are thriving 20 years into the study. So about 2 weeks ago, we made a serious switch.
