The white background cover for this book is an updated version. (see photo above). Instead I received the 1992 version (see photos below) which is what I received. I would like my purchase credited and as I will have to return the book, the S/H fee included (despite there being no delivery fee when purchased). I see many good reviews on the seller’s site but I’m not a happy buyer and as well this was a Christmas gift which wasn’t removed from the shipping package until then. Thank you

Everything You Wanted To Know About Cognitive Therapy

This is a great book for anyone interested in learning about and practicing the tools of cognitive therpay. It's written in everyday language without a lot of industry-specific terms. The information is well-organized and helps you build on skills that are clearly spelled out in the book. I understand there are accompanying workbooks to go with it but I found the book to be more than sufficient for my purposes. I also found that there was no need for me to purchasse a brand new book when there were plenty of used ones available online at great prices.

  • Feeling Good by David D Burns m.d. (1992)

I purchased this book back in the early 90's. I bought one for my daughter going through some ruff times. Something in it for everyone. Messages you just do not learn in school but should have. It's a shame most kids never learn it's lessons. Breeze past the negitivity brought on to us by others. The best phycology book that I've ever read.
