    Lara Hudson’s workouts are awesome.

    I did this in college 10 years ago and she is an amazing instructor! I’ve watched other work out instructors- they’re nothing like her. She has the perfect pace, calm voice-(not too slow or too fast), and explains the moves easily and clearly as you’re moving and in a way that makes it easy to learn and memorize the moves and routine for future workouts. When I was in college, she was so good I learned the routine and had it memorized mostly by the second and third time. And they were so good, I immediately saw results and felt it in my body and it was so enjoyable it made me want to to keep coming back. I use all her exercise videos. During her workouts, I got to see and be surprised by what I saw I was able to do with my body and what it was capable of doing because her routines are so ...

    Great DVD, works great

    I used this DVD every morning when I was in high school, and I loved it! After I moved out, it got lost, and I couldn't find it anywhere in stores. SO glad I found it here! Lara Hudson's voice is relaxing and perfect for early morning workouts. She also explains everything and gives great modifications if you're not ready for a particular activity.
