I had a terrific experience with this buyer. I wanted to be sure that the item (Louis Vuitton scrunchie) I bought was included with a small Louis Vuitton box since it was for my sister-in-law's birthday present and when I messaged the seller they responded within a couple of hours. The shipping was within the time-frame as promised for priority USPS. The small Louis Vuitton box was packaged in a small, padded packing envelope and then placed in a bigger box that was taped very securely!
