  • The title doesn’t reveal what the content of the story is.

The book captures a era in America that won’t be repeated.

  • Chasing Brautigan's Trout

Brautigan set the tone for millions around the world in establishing beatniks as story tellers. This born-again bohemian earned his place among San Francisco poets after a childhood in the Northwest. He managed to break into print as a sidewalk poet by hawking his own lyrics on North Beach street corners. This book is well-crafted on good paper, a strong binding, and deserves collecting by those interested in 20th Century American culture. Some interesting cartoon art.

  • A classic.

    Always brilliant.

Love Poem by Richard Brautigan It's so nice to wake up in the morning all alone and not have to tell somebody you love them when you don't love them any more.
