The delivery and return went well. I alerted the supplier, the item had a manufacture defect as the from flat sharping (truing stone) was perpendicular to sharpener housing under the lid. This prevents the stone from reaching the front of the Hobart blade. I made drawings and if I recall the pivot bolt should be about 7 degrees toward the round stone as it was shown in their posted picture. Contacting their supplier was pointless and there may be a large inventory of bad sharpeners. BBW

I'm sure they have no clue what it is, but they kept it anyway evidently. Seller issued a prompt refund. I'll probably reorder soon if the seller still has one in stock. Great seller to work with.
