    Thought provoking, easy read, good for group discussion.

    I bought a number of copies to use for an adult Sunday school class. Chapters are short, easy reads, with current life scenarios to parallel the Biblical references. Discussion questions and additional Biblical references are at the end of the book. Our group has found the topics relevant to our lives, and Lucado's writing has stimulated a lot of discussion.

    WOW What a treasure

    You got to read the preface of this book, it sums it up. IF you have ever had a really rotten day, week, month or year- This book is very insightful on how Christ handled the same situations. I have given it out so many times, I had my copy taken. But it is one you will read again and again. Lots of good stuff to be gleaned. Max Lucado has a special gift of writing. I am not of his faith, but I do appreciate his words. I know I will meet him in the Kingdom.

    This book is very everyone in any situation we face, as we go thru life and its ups and downs, trials and tribulations, and the storms that seem to hit us.Or to give to someone sick or hurting, it will be of tremendous encouragement for them to read or someone to read to them, all hearers will benefit even the reader. God impressed on me to buy and give to a little girl in hospital from Jan 05 trhu June 05, she had fallen in hospital and was in a coma for 30days, I was her prayer partner, believing she would come out of it and she did, me and her mom stood alone in this. And she could see to read so nurse read to her, and came back every nite to read to her, and found it so interesting and uplfting and encouraging. Good read for anyone..........at anytime.....
