There are three chapters that were reprinted in "The Case For Easter" by this same author, Lee Strobel1 (I also have that book, and it's a lot smaller).     A Case For Christ

    This is a great book for the person who doesn't believe in Jesus Christ and wonders why anyone would actually believe in Jesus. Lee Stroble has done exhaustive research with some of the top religious scholars only to find that yes, there are solid reasons to believe Jesus is who He said He is. It has great research and you can pick and choose which chapter or area of research appeals to you the most. We believe, not just because we are supposed to believe. There are solid reasons why we believe. This is a must read for someone who is questioning the reality of Jesus Christ. I have given this book to friends who have doubts or questions about "why would anyone actually believe". DF

    CASE CLOSED! No room for 'reasonable doubt'...

    Like author Lee Strobel, I once found Christianity confusing. For me, the Bible created more questions than it answered... until I read this book! I came to Christ when I was 25 (now 32), newly divorced and 8 1/2 months pregnant - did I mention that I was a wee bit frightened and totally lost? My life seemed to be lacking something, when a group of women introduced me to the concept of a PERSONAL relationship with Jesus Christ. This seemed totally foreign and a bit absurd - hadn't I already tried that once? Yes, and had abandoned the whole thing at a very early age. But it seemed at this point in my life that I had nothing to lose, so I accepted Christ and started going to church. It took a very long time for the doubt to melt away giving rise to real belief.     A Case for Christ - great resource!

    I watched the film and it intrigued me and also challenged me as a Christian to purchase the book and further study the same resources used by Mr. Stroebel. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading it thus far and am learning a lot about how the gospels were put together, their authors, and my Savior, Jesus Christ.

    The Evidence is in: Jesus is Lord

    Having been a follower of Jesus since childhood, I nevertheless wanted to read Lee Strobel's account of his case for Christ. I am always interested on how a person comes to the point in his/her life to start their search for the truth. Some go the intellectual way and some the mystical but in that search sometimes the two roads come together. This is what happened to Lee Strobel as he investigated the evidence for Jesus. The interviews were done with much research on Lee's part, he did not go empty to the interviews. He had a mission, stuck to it, was opened to the results and completed his work with his own faith experience. This book would be a good resource for a bible study group. After each chapter it has questions for reflection and more resources on the subject. ...

    The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel

    I bought this book previously for a teenage neighbor boy who was interested in Christianity but had so many questions. So when my teenage daughter who had been brought up in the Christian faith started having doubts, I bought another copy for her. This book convinced her that Jesus had indeed lived on earth and that the Bible can be trusted. She is now firmly grounded in her faith. I also purchased, "A Case for Faith" by the same author. She read that as well and thought it an excellent book. She states that everyone should read these books, there would be no more unbelievers. Strongly recommend for anyone who questions the existance of Christ.
