This was a first-rate transaction. Receipt of the item was 5 days late, but that responsibility falls solely on the shoulders of the USPS. Communication with eBay and the seller, due to the apparently lost shipment, was stellar. I was immediately offered the option of a full refund or several days to give the shipment a chance.
