When they did get my contact seller that Monday the contacted me and everything was made right.     The seller reached out to me to resolve the issue. The problem was with FedEx returning the item without the seller s or my knowledge. FedEx said they tried to deliver the item which was not the case and the only explanation they had was it was requested to be returned to the shipper. The item not being delivered falls on FedEx and not ep-supply.
