    First of all, seller drop ships from Amazon, so buy from Amazon, not this seller. Item will be cheaper. Second of all, the seller did not order the correct item from Amazon. The seller's photo and description were of an item that is no longer available on Amazon, which was why I ordered it from this person. But since it's not available, they ordered a similar item from Amazon, which I did not want. Did they think I wouldn't notice? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

    I love the item! It was just as described. Took a while to get all components synced together but works great! I was somewhat disappointed in it taking 5 days before it shipped instead of the 1 - 2 days as advertised. Seller did respond to my question as to when it would ship but just responded with an arrival date instead when it would ship and no explanation as to why it didn't ship in the 1 - 2 days. I would still buy from this seller again because of the great product and good price.

    Well made mullti-level fountain

    Easy to put together and refilling of water. Has three levels your cat can drink from. Took a few days for my cat to get used to it. Height is correct and it has a very long cord. With fountain on floor, cord easily goes to a wall socket. Has an easy to locate and replace filter.

    My review on the cate mate water dish

    I got it for my cat he loves it. He is drinking more water. He meows at me when I pick it up to clean it because he wants it back. He drinks from all over the bowl. The falling water, the two upper water drinking spots and the lower dish one. A friend has a cat with bad kidneys and she got this fountain and her cat got better. I love this things and so does my cat.

    Cat Mate Water Fountain

    All animals know that running water is better for drinking than drinking from a puddle. This Cat Mate Fountain is by far the best pet drinking fountain I have used. Not saying this because of the great price. Any cat owner knows of the 'slime bowl.' Previous fountains did not filter and circulate as well as Cat Mate. Recommended cleaning and filter change is once per month. I did just that. The filter is so good, there wasn't any slime in the fountain inside or out. The filter contained it. This made for an extremely easy clean-up and filter change. I bought two. One for each cat....and they like it that way. Give Cat Mate a chance!

    Very quite, easy to clean, A+++

    This is my third cat water fountain. I like it the best. It is very easy to clean when compared to the others (Drinkwell and Pioneer Pet). It is also very quiet - it only makes noise when the water level gets low. I like the waterfall design, too. Cats took to it right away.

    Amazing!

    My 2 cats and one dog love it! And I love the fact that it makes them want to drink more which is great for preventing pet diabetes. And it's quite amusing to watch them drink from it.,especially the first few times. And I love how quiet it runs! It only comes with one filter which should be changed monthly so make sure to order a filter pack. Great product and I read it will last for years if properly cleaned and maintained.
