    Warning! Disturbing content!

    Lisa Gardner is a great writer, and I have read everything she has written. In this book, however, I think she goes too far in describing the victim assault. It is particularly disturbing because the victims are children. I felt the in-depth description of the victim assaults was over the top - too much detail. Once I began skipping over these section (they were in italics), I was able to finish the book. Please, Lisa, leave out the graphic details! The detective findings will suffice.

    Lisa Gardner DOES IT AGAIN

    "Say Goodbye" is a thrill seeking, suspense that I couldn't put down once I started (as all of her books). I find that the research incorporated allows her books to be more believable. Lisa Gardner stated in her Acknowledgments "Of all the novels I've written, this book is by far the most violent, and yes, it was difficult to write." I appreciate that of all the writers out there, Lisa would be the one to touch on this subject, she knows how much detail is needed to help with the imagination without going over the top. I would recommend this book to anyone over the age of 17.
