It’s padded & beautifully designed, if you can get an item that’s practically & pretty then you’re winning & that’s this product! My only downside is that it seems to run a tiny bit short I did do my measurements for my dog before purchasing & it seemed to come a little short of the mark but it’s such a great collar & I’ll be buying another when my boy outgrows this one. Thank you!
