Great video to help with flexibility and range of motion.
This DVD has two great stretches (each about 35 minutes each). One gets your day going and the other helps to relax you after a long day. Also includes a more vigorous bonus stretch and a few more features. I highly recommend.

Great Video!
I love a good stretching program, and this is definitely one for mornings and evenings, plus there's a short workout included on the DVD. A lot for the money. The scenery in this video is breathtaking, as it is done outdoors in the Canadian Rockies, plus very nice, relaxing music, and the program is excellent for someone who has a back problem, such as myself. I am very pleased with this DVD, and am extremely glad I purchased it! Am & Pm stretch
Great DVD for all. I have not been on a stretching regiment for many years. From my perspective, her voice helps to calm and leads you into the correct form of the stretches. She also reminds you to breath and check your body alinement. Well worth the price.

I've been doing Madeleine Lewis' AM Stretch for a year using a VHS tape. When I found out that you can get the AM & PM Stretch on DVD, I had to get it as it is a more convenient format. I try to do the AM Stretch every morning and I find it very beneficial to maintain flexibility and overall wellbeing. Madeleine leads you through the stretching exercise in a quiet confident voice and the time you spend on the routine just flies by.I've been doing Madeleine Lewis' AM Stretch for a year using a VHS tape. Great DVD for those with fibro and arthritis
The women who leads the exercises is great! She reminds you to breath and gives great insights into how to do the exercises well. However, she also gives you suggestions about how to modify the positions if you can't do them in the full extensions. I have fibro, back problems, and arthritis and I love this routine.
