Recipes of all kinds, to fit different taste. Especially like the different cakes you can make in a coffee cup in your microwave. Great nutritional guide for each recipe, you know exactly what your eating. I would recommend for any person looking for healthy eating or on a diet. These recipes really cut the calories also.

Judging from the page numbers and missing recipes, our copy of the book is missing OVER 30 pages! The pages and specific recipes are listed in the Table of Contents but they are not to be found in our copy. Our copy is nicely bound and no pages have been ripped out, leading us to conclude that it was a printing/binding defect. We have found the remaining recipes to be useful and the directions easy to follow.Judging from the page numbers and missing recipes, our copy of the book is missing OVER 30 pages! Have carbs in most recipes
Easy recipes, but lots of them have buns or bread or tortillas that you should cut out for low carb at least. And many recipes have cream of chicken or mushroom soup. The recipes give you ideas. And most people probably have the groceries on hand. But it I wouldn't call the recipes cooking from scratch at least.

I haven't had a chance yto use it yet, but it has some delicious sounding recipes . Some don't require very many ingredients and most are made with ingredients you would probably have on hand. And there are things you can make that I was surprised for a diabetic. There is a nutrition chart for every recipe.
