I bought almost the same ones in Germany, and the quality is much higher and were almost 2 times cheaper! I'm very disappointed!

I have sent them pictures of the wrong item that I received but they keep telling me I am sending photos in the wrong format. When I told them the item I received would not work as it was the wrong size and not what I ordered they told me I didn't understand how the product worked and that they could give me 50% back.
