The worms I received were not anywhere near 1 inch long by any stretch of the imagination. The biggest ones maybe half inch or so… several baby looking ones about a quarter inch. I gave a positive review cause I still still use them, especially for the smallest turtle. The big turtles (6” diameter shell) looked at me like ‘are you kidding lady?’ They still ate them of course but I had to give about 5 of these little worms to equal one regular 1” worm. These worms are perfect 4 baby/small turtles

Good communication... I order large and it came tiny, so they sent me a bigger worms free! Now I know if you're looking for big size mealworm... make sure to order "GIANT" those are the normal size you see in store.
