Item is as the website described, but shipping was horrible. I asked the Seller when the item would ship and would it arrive BEFORE Christmas. Seller told me that the item WOULD be here before X-Mas since I ordered the item on 12/15/2023. The item was shipped 12/16/2023 and the item STILL HAS NOT arrived and was supposed to arrive 12/27/2023 and then that got delayed to 12/28/2023. Seller later said that there was another shipping method, but DID NOT mention that when I asked item arrival time!
