Hide away hose
I love this one. It glides so easy when you roll it up. I was worried it would be hard, but no, it was so easy to roll up. Plus the hose is cooler so when you use the hose it doesn’t come out so hot for so long. It looks good too. Love it!

CHEAP CRANK ARM BROKE AFTER 3 TIMES USED!

The right product for our need!
We needed a storage bin for our hose since we live in a very warm climate in Southern Arizona. The hose reel bin is just the right thing for our purpose, since it stores the hose away from the harsh effects of the sun and enables us to reel out the hose when we need to do that. The reel feature works very well. We are very happy with our purchase.

Small, flimsy and not at all what I expected.
I have two other Suncast hose caddies which are much better. This one is good only for a very lightweight hose. The reel mechanism is not substantial at all. I thought this one had a "storage compartment like my others--the only thing it stores is the hose. I would have sent it back if it was not so much trouble.

Very light weight, it moves all around when reeling hose in. Also the guide does not slide by itself, you must guide it with one hand while reeling hose in and holding box with your feet to keep it from sliding
