Shipped late, unsafe condition of shipment, broken glass (perhaps due packaging). Seller in description took apart watercolor painting now I know what's the reason. When I asked prior purchase if is framed,yes was the answer. However the frame and condition of the back of was dirty, moved and simply smelling. Very unpleasant experience.

DO NOT SELL TO THIS PERSON The comments left about the sale is a lie THE GLASS WAS NOT BROKEN The items was paid on the 2-9 late night and shipped out on the 2-12 but because of the snow here in NY the post office scanned it in at night showing the date of 2-13 STILL WITHIN THE 4 DAY HANDLING TIME as listed in the ad The items was not "smelly the reason as why it was taken out of the fame was to take photos of the painting without any glare as I told you in an email before you bought it.
