    I am a diabetic, and in less then a week using it, my reading ave dropped down to numbers I did not believe possible, my readings in the am was usually over 150 but last night i did not take the insulin shot and at 8:30 pm I had a couple slices of toast with cottage cheese before going to bed, my Son saw it and gave me a hard time, in the morning before leaving to work my sugar reading was 102, it also have improved my whole heath in general, when you are 74 years young you need all the help you can get, LOL, LOL, LOL
