Heavy porcelain item was packaged in a flimsy box with lightweight packing peanuts and arrived damaged. Seller did issue refund and offered to sell me another toilet. I paid for the second unit and asked that the seller package the item a little better (with a layer of bubble wrap) and then seller cancelled my second purchase without consulting me first.
