When I sent a message to P&W that the transfer case did not arrive, they wasted no time and sent another one the next day. Part arrived but was damaged due to (the shipper) dropping it along the way. (it did weigh about 65lbs ) I was able to make adjustments and made it work. All and All I am happy with my purchase from P&W.
