    I am sorry to say that my order never shipped. I had to do two refund requests. I waited over 2 weeks to request the first cancel/refund request as the item had not shipped. The first request was declined. I waited a bit more, never shipped. The second cancel/refund thankfully was backed by the eBay guarantee I am assuming as I was refunded after eBay allowed proper time for the seller to resolve this and get it shipped.
