    One of his best.

    This very well maybe the best Springsteen album from the 1990s! This just proves what a great songwriter Bruce actually was.. haunting vocals great storytelling.

    Bruce Springsteen "THE GHOST OF TOM JOAD" Review

    This album is tone down for "The Boss" . All tracks seem to have him on an acoustic guitar with some having a harmonica. Comparable to Bruce Springsteen's earlier album "Nebraska". Only it does not have any stand out songs. The album is best to listen to in its entirety rather than single tracks.
