Last time they came in a new box in good condition vacuum sealed. This time, it appears that this was a repacked job. The box had a lot of tape, it was out of shape and it was in plastic but the vacuum was broken. The comforter does look new and I am going to wash it first anyway.

Listed as a 4 piece and only 3 pieces came. No response or refund.
