1. Item was not new despite being marked and sold as new (see photos)
2. Item did not match what I purchased, the item on sale shows 2 levers, one on each side, one I received only has 1 levers (see photo), extensive scratching from prior use and rust
3. Item clearly not the item listed in photo, not remotely close to as described.
4. Seller tried to pass off item to me offering half price to keep it, lied to me when claiming it was new and in no way owned they sent wrong item
