The compressor seems to be working but I had to remove it after spending 2 hours installing it. The issue is the pulley is the wrong size it has 5 grooves while the 2008 335i has 7 groove which caused my belt to slip off and shredded half of it. Also the threads on high pressure side bolt hole need to be rethreaded. The price for the pump was great compare to others.

Ordered this for a 2008 BMW 528i. Made sure that it clearly stated it was a direct fit for vehicle. Got it in a timely manner. Left it in it's packaging till I could gather funds to have AC Connector installed. First disappointment was that pictures shows 2 expansion calves but only comes with one. Second disappointment was the AC Connector was obviously dropped before it was sent to me. I remove it from it's packaging in front of mechanic and was totally shocked by the dent and crack. Third disappointment was that the connector was correct. Mechanic had to use the connector from the removed Compressor and spliced it with this device.
