Easy to use, great improvement.
As a long time crafter, I can spend a lot of time standing at a table cutting fabric. Standing at the table for a short time , bend over cutting fabric cause the small of my back to start hurting and I need to sit and rest my back. With the risers, I am able to raise the table 8 inches. With this adjustment, cutting fabric for craft projects does not take as long and there is no back pain. Am able to stand straight and not stress my back. At 74 years old, I need all the help I can find. The risers are easy to use and work great. Hi Risers for people suffering with Arthritis in the hips

The only slight drawback with these are they will slide on a wood floor and carpet very sturdy... But of course with a little thinking you could always put something underneath the risers to stop them from slipping...

Great benefits for a younger person.
there is nothing wrong with the risers but an older person shouldn't use them. There is a possibility of causing a stroke or heart attack. In my case, it brought on vertigo.
