2nd./same order from EBAY. Items received were 'Chinese' with NO MFR., VALUE, OR VOLTAGE RATING on them. (THEY were NOT the labeled ones that the seller showed in his AD, and, like the first order, 'they went into the trash as UNUSABLE'! The value & voltage rating means 'everything' IF the components are to work as wanted, without exploding! They're not worth returning and are a waste of time. DO NOT order unmarked electronic components from CHINA, or from sellers that will substitute them!

This is a false statement. The capacitors are marked as shown. I believe this "buyer" has ulterior motives. Especially given the fact that this is the second order of "bad" capacitors.
