Fits 1997 4Runner upstream/downstream around catalytic converter. Great cable length just tie wrap extra cable in a loop. Comes with gaskets and didn't set off any new error codes. Soak screws and nuts the nut before. No emissions testing required so don't know about that. (INSTALLER HINT) Thought it would clear P0171 computer code fault but it was actually the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor that was next in line in Toyota tech manual. Seller shipped fast. 4/15/2024 Installed now four weeks
